UPVc Fitter – Social Housing (Temp to Perm)
Location: Tower Hamlets
Pay: £23.54 per hour + Company Van & Fuel Card
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced UPVc Fitter to join a busy reactive maintenance team working on behalf of a respected national social housing provider. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and all the tools you need to succeed.
Role Overview:

Carrying out repairs and installations of UPVc windows and doors in tenanted social housing properties

Diagnosing faults and completing works to a high standard
-
Ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption to residents

Communicating effectively with tenants, planners, and supervisors
-
Maintaining accurate records of work completed
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a UPVc fitter in domestic or social housing environments
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
-
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Willingness to work on a temp-to-perm basis
