UPVc Fitter – Social Housing (Temp to Perm)

Location: Tower Hamlets
Pay: £23.54 per hour + Company Van & Fuel Card
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced UPVc Fitter to join a busy reactive maintenance team working on behalf of a respected national social housing provider. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and all the tools you need to succeed.

Role Overview:

• Carrying out repairs and installations of UPVc windows and doors in tenanted social housing properties

• Diagnosing faults and completing works to a high standard

• Ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption to residents

• Communicating effectively with tenants, planners, and supervisors

• Maintaining accurate records of work completed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a UPVc fitter in domestic or social housing environments

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• Full UK driving licence

• Willingness to work on a temp-to-perm basis
