Salary: £29,000 plus car allowance + Benefits
We’re recruiting for a personable and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join a long-term planned works contract across Tamworth and Birmingham. This is a permanent position with a respected social housing contractor, supporting tenants through kitchen, bathroom, window, and external upgrades in occupied homes.
Role Overview:

Acting as the key point of contact between residents and site teams

Managing communication around planned works and scheduling appointments

Issuing notices, resolving queries, and supporting vulnerable residents

Ensuring minimal disruption and high levels of tenant satisfaction

Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to the site manager
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or customer-facing role within social housing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure

Full UK driving licence (essential)
