Salary: £29,000 plus car allowance + Benefits

We’re recruiting for a personable and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join a long-term planned works contract across Tamworth and Birmingham. This is a permanent position with a respected social housing contractor, supporting tenants through kitchen, bathroom, window, and external upgrades in occupied homes.

Role Overview:

  • Acting as the key point of contact between residents and site teams

  • Managing communication around planned works and scheduling appointments

  • Issuing notices, resolving queries, and supporting vulnerable residents

  • Ensuring minimal disruption and high levels of tenant satisfaction

  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to the site manager

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or customer-facing role within social housing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
