We’re currently recruiting for a skilled Plumber / Pipe Fitter to join a busy reactive maintenance team working on behalf of a respected national social housing provider. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and full support to succeed in the role.

Role Overview:

• Carrying out plumbing and pipe fitting repairs in tenanted social housing properties

• Diagnosing faults and completing works to a high standard

• Responding to reactive maintenance requests efficiently and professionally

• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and client specifications

• Communicating effectively with tenants, planners, and supervisors

• Maintaining accurate records of work completed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in plumbing and pipe fitting within domestic or social housing environments

• Strong fault-finding skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• Full UK driving licence

• Willingness to work on a temp-to-perm basis
