Are you an organised, proactive planner with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join a busy reactive maintenance contract in Liverpool, supporting a well-established social housing provider.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of experienced planners who thrive on delivering excellent service to tenants across the city. This is a key role in ensuring that repairs and maintenance jobs are scheduled efficiently, operatives are deployed effectively, and residents receive timely updates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Scheduling reactive maintenance works across multiple properties

• Coordinating with operatives, supervisors, and tenants to ensure smooth delivery

• Managing diaries, job orders, and system updates

• Handling inbound calls and emails related to repairs and appointments

• Working closely with your fellow planners to meet KPIs and service targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role (ideally within social housing or maintenance)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confident using scheduling software and CRM systems

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
