Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a busy social housing maintenance contract in the Melton Mowbray area. This is a temporary position with an immediate start for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
• Strong focus on plastering works, including patch repairs and full room skims
• Identifying and treating damp and mould issues, including preparation, treatment, and making good
• Completing a range of multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing, and decorating
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative within social housing or domestic maintenance
• Strong plastering skills (essential)
• Experience dealing with damp and mould remediation
• Own van and tools required
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
