Multi Trade Operative – Social Housing (Temp to Perm)

Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: £19 per hour with company van and fuel card + potential for permanent role

We’re currently recruiting for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join a busy reactive maintenance contract in Liverpool, working with a respected social housing provider. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and the chance to become a key part of a reliable and supportive maintenance team.

Role Overview:

• Carrying out a range of reactive repairs in tenanted properties

• Trades may include joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, flooring, and basic electrics

• Diagnosing issues and completing works efficiently and to a high standard

• Communicating with tenants and planners to ensure smooth job delivery

• Maintaining accurate records of work completed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative in social housing or domestic maintenance

• Competent across multiple trades with a strong finish and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

• Willingness to work on a temp to perm basis
