Joiner – Social Housing (Temp to Perm)
Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: £19 per hour with van and fuel card + potential for permanent role
Sector: Social Housing / Reactive Maintenance

We’re currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join a busy reactive maintenance contract in Liverpool, working with a respected social housing provider. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and the chance to become a valued member of a dedicated maintenance team.

Role Overview:

• Carrying out joinery repairs in tenanted social housing properties

• Tasks may include door hanging, kitchen repairs, skirting boards, architraves, and general carpentry

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

• Liaising with tenants and planners to ensure smooth job delivery

• Supporting the wider maintenance team when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Joiner in social housing or domestic maintenance

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your finish

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

• Willingness to work on a temp to perm basis
