Groundworker – Social Housing (Temp to Perm)

Pay: £21.03 with van and fuel card  + potential for permanent role

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a busy social housing maintenance contract in Staines. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term career potential with a respected contractor delivering essential groundwork services across tenanted and void properties.

Role Overview:

• Carrying out a range of groundwork tasks including slabbing, kerbing, drainage, fencing, concreting, and reinstatement

• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance programmes

• Working safely in occupied environments with minimal disruption to residents

• Collaborating with other trades and site teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker in social housing or domestic settings

• Skilled in a variety of groundwork techniques and tools

• CSCS card (essential)

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Willingness to work on a temp to perm basis
