Electrical Supervisor – Social Housing Contract

Locations: Liverpool, Wolverhampton, Oldbury & Surrounding Areas  
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
Salary: £43,860
OOH: Weekend Out-of-Hours on a rota basis 

We’re recruiting for a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a busy social housing maintenance contract operating across Liverpool and the Midlands. This is a permanent role with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality electrical services across voids, EICRs, reactive repairs, rewires, and planned works.

Role Overview:

• Supervising electrical operatives across multiple workstreams

• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and NICEIC regulations

• Overseeing EICR inspections, remedial works, and reactive maintenance

• Managing workloads, quality checks, and reporting

• Liaising with clients, planners, and residents to ensure smooth delivery

• Covering 2 days in Liverpool and 3 days in Oldbury/Wolverhampton weekly

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification

• Proven supervisory experience in social housing or similar environments

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence
