Job Description:

Multi-Skilled Joiner / Handyman – Edinburgh

We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner / Handyman for a 12-week contract working within student accommodation in Edinburgh.

The role will involve a variety of general maintenance, joinery and finishing works, including:

Duties Include:

<ul>
	<li>General joinery and carpentry.
	<li>Fine detail and finishing work.
	<li>Small plastering repairs and making good.
	<li>General handyman and maintenance tasks.
	<li>Mastic and silicone work.
	<li>Hanging mirrors and fitting fixtures.
	<li>General repairs and snagging.
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>Previous experience in joinery and general maintenance.
	<li>Confident carrying out a variety of finishing and multi-skilled tasks.
	<li>Good attention to detail.
	<li>Reliable and able to work independently.
</ul>
