We are currently recruiting for a Clean & Seal Operative to work on social housing refurbishment projects across residential properties in Burnley.

The role will focus on completing the finishing works to shower rooms and bathrooms, ensuring properties are left to a high standard ready for handover.

Key responsibilities:

• Cleaning and preparing areas prior to sealing
• Silicone sealing around showers, baths, basins and sanitaryware
• Fitting shower screens and bathroom accessories
• Completing back-end finishing works following bathroom refurbishments
• Making sure sealant work is neat, clean and finished to a high standard
• Identifying and reporting any defects or additional works required
• Working safely and maintaining a clean and tidy work area
• Working professionally within residential properties

Requirements:

• Previous experience with silicone sealing or bathroom finishing works
• Experience fitting shower screens and bathroom accessories
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Previous experience within social housing or residential refurbishment would be advantageous
• Own tools preferred
• Full UK driving licence preferred
