Multi-Trader South Croydon

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Trader to join our growing team, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across a social housing portfolio in and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience across multiple disciplines who is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service in occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of day-to-day repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties.
• Undertake tasks including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating, and general building repairs.
• Diagnose defects and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Work within occupied and void properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
• Complete job sheets and reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader within social housing, maintenance, or domestic property repairs.
• Strong skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK clean driving licence.
