Location: Oldbury, covering Sandwell, Wolverhampton & Dudley

Salary: £34,000 per annum + Company Benefits, Van & Fuel Card

Are you an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a strong background in social housing maintenance?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established social housing maintenance contractor and are looking for skilled tradespeople to join a growing team covering Sandwell, Wolverhampton and Dudley.

Main Trade Requirements:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Plastering

Applicants should be confident carrying out their core trade to a high standard while also undertaking a range of associated multi-trade repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void social housing properties.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience working within social housing maintenance
• Strong customer service skills and experience working in occupied properties
• Ability to carry out multi-trade repairs
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
