Labourer (Void Properties)

Hours: Monday to Friday

We're looking for a reliable Labourer to join a growing team carrying out works on void (empty) social housing properties.

Working alongside an experienced operative, your main duties will involve stripping out and preparing empty properties ready for refurbishment.

Duties

• Stripping out kitchens, bathrooms and fixtures
• Removing flooring and other materials
• General labouring duties
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Assisting your partner with refurbishment works

Requirements

• Some labouring or construction experience
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Ideally based in or around Kirkby
• Reliable with a good work ethic
