42.5 Hrs (between 7am and 17.30pm). Degree level/Early RICS studier or QBE. £24.02ph UMB / £18.46ph PAYE + HP temp to perm £40800 when perm • Pervious social housing experience working across Voids & Repairs Business streams. • Have experience in working NHF Scheduler of rates and dealing with SOR codes • Experience in measuring Works, Generating and Agreeing applications for payment. • Experience in reviewing, Validating and approving subcontractor quotations & variations in line with pricing agreements (NHF V7.2) • Experience in managing supply chain Partners. • Experience in financial reporting and data analysis. • Strong numeracy and financial management skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are necessary. • IT skills including Excel and Word are essential
