Voids Supervisor - Dartford

up to £45K dependent on experience.

Contract: Dartford

Location: covering the Dartford area.

 

• Previous experience supervising operatives on a maintenance or voids contract.
• Strong trade background and understanding of repairs and refurbishment processes.
• Good working knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SOR).
• CSCS card and a full UK driving licence.
