About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Fire Service & Maintenance Engineer who can hit the ground running and deliver high?quality service across a range of life?safety systems. Due to tight call?out KPI requirements, applicants must be based near Wythenshawe to ensure rapid response times.
You’ll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and minor repairs of:

Fire Alarm Systems
-
AOV (Automatic Opening Ventilation) Systems
-
Emergency Lighting
-
FFE (Fire Fighting Equipment)
We work with a wide range of systems, so experience with platforms such as Protec, Advanced, and FireClass is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and testing of fire safety systems.

Diagnose faults and complete remedial works efficiently.

Respond to call-outs within agreed KPI timeframes.

Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and regulations.

Provide clear, accurate reporting and documentation.

Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company on-site.
What We’re Looking For
-
Proven experience as a Fire Service or Fire Alarm Engineer.

Strong technical knowledge across fire alarms, AOVs, emergency lighting, and FFE.

Familiarity with systems such as Protec, Advanced, FireClass, or similar.

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Full UK driving licence.

Must live close to Wythenshawe to meet call-out response requirements.
